Rear Kitchen Extension

Louise you were instrumental in supporting us at the initial phase of this journey, your advice and input was thought provoking and challenging to ensure that the final design was going to live up the expectations we had in our minds. Due to your experience there were situations we hadn’t considered and you were able to help us work through them to ensure the space would work. This wasn’t something we had ever embarked on before and you were so supportive in helping us complete the initial steps with planning, but another key part sharing your knowledge to help us plan and keep to our budget. You introduced us to our builder who has been amazing and you have continued to be part of the process right to the very end. Residential property located with in a conservation area.
(April 2018) Louise really helped us put together a project which we were lacking confidence and knowledge in. Plans were thorough, and Louise has been very helpful in advising us in matters of design and achieving planning permission in a conservation area. Residential Garden room extension.
(October 2019) We were looking for an Architectural Technologist who shared our vision of what we wanted our new garden room and kitchen extension to be like and we found Louise, who right from the start of our conversation started to provide us with ideas, alternatives and improvements to our own thoughts. She was very patient with us and talked through issues we may encounter and came up with solutions we loved. From taking on the job, she managed the minefield of the planning application and dealt with the structural engineer on our behalf. She was happy to adapt her initial designs to suit our needs and saw to it that everything went through smoothly. If you are looking for someone who is sympathetic to your needs and wants, and is not at all pushy in making you go for standard designs or tries to influence your work to their particular thoughts, then can do no wrong in taking Louise on. Residential family home on the Norfolk Broads.(Feb 2018) We feel so lucky to have had Louise draw up the plans for our new build home. Her competence and knowledge was evident as soon as we begun discussing our project with her. She helped to interpret our sketches into a great looking plan ready to submit to the planning Authority, and her experience in this area shone through, knowing the elements we would need to have the correct details for our application. Louise helpfully suggested ideas where she could see improvements to our design in aesthetic appearance as well as practical areas to make the “buildability” more straight forward. She was thorough in helping us put detail into our site plan, again covering elements that we had missed or not considered.
